Product Overview
The New, USA Made, Bunga Impact Protection System is used to lessen impact to your butt, hips and back caused by falling. The shorts contain 5 independent pockets for insertion of the 5 independent light weight, yet high-impact reducing shock absorbers. The shorts are removable without removing your skates or other footwear. How? We incorporate a top-of-the-line, USA Made, full length, flexible zipper with a locking zipper pull on each leg. This allows removal of the short without removing your footwear.
The base system comes with the upper three (3) impact absorbers. These three (3) pads protect the left and right hips and tail bone and lower back. If you desire to protect the outer thigh area, then please add one set of two Bunga Impact Protection System Thigh Pads (BIPS-T) under the Related Products tab below.
Also, we have teamed up with one of the world's finest fabric manufacturers to provide a wicking, anti-odor and anti-microbial fabric. This fabric pulls moisture away from the body while preventing odor. If you're an ice skater in training, you will find this product very beneficial.
Impact Materials
This new design incorporates our improved impact material. It is thinner, lighter and more impact resistant than before. This material is by far the best quality absorbing material in the market.
The pads can be placed or removed as you desire in 5 distinct areas, your hips, thighs and lower back/tail-bone. This way you can pad your body the way you see fit. For example, why have pads all over your body, when you may only need to pad your right hip? Solution: Simply place the right hip pad in place and you’re on your way. Or, perhaps you wish to protect your entire tailbone and hip areas, simply insert all three upper pads. Want to protect your thighs, hips, back and tail-bone ...easy insert all 5 pads.

Easy Remove Zipper System
This short comes with top-of-the-line, semi-auto locking zippers, which run down the face of the garment, so that it may be removed without removing your footwear. This way you can wear the garment when you need it and not disturb your practice time. Simply put it on when you are working on those moves when you need some protection and remove it when you’re done. No loss of time and protection all the time you need it.
